The Seasonal Tourist Business Designation (STBD) Program is now accepting applications for the 2027 assessment roll.  Eligible seasonal tourism businesses must submit their application to Property Valuation Services Corporation (PVSC) by September 1, 2026. Applications are required annually, even if a business has received designation in previous years.  The program is available to eligible seasonal tourism businesses, including restaurants, roofed accommodations, and camping establishments that meet the program’s criteria. Businesses must be closed for a total of at least four months during the taxation year and satisfy other eligibility requirements outlined by PVSC.
